My name is Carole Figures. Yesterday I went to Bruno's to look at the new Buick's. I am from downstate so I was not going to buy a car up here, which I explained to them. But, the salesman went out of his way to show me the selection of Buick SUVs. If I did live up here I would certainly give my business to Bruno's.
I left a message to have my vehicle serviced. It took them 1 week to get back with me after leaving another message. When they finally did return my call, the technician was very rude. Perhaps this was just an isolated incident, but as of right now, I cannot recommend their services.
I live downstate, but my son lives in Houghton. He needed service on his vehicle before he could drive home for the Holidays. The service department got him in right away and was able to fix the car for a fair price. It was an easy fix, but we didn't know that going in. I cannot thank you enough!
