The fresh caught whitefish is flaky and flavorful, coated in a breading that is just right. It's not the kind where you take a bite and the fish falls out of a batter shell and you're left with two separate parts. Each bite is a perfect combination of both. The tartar sauce is just right.

Excellent fried whitefish. Very fresh, delicious fish, not greasy. Fries are good, come out hot and fresh. Coleslaw is excellent, the type typical for the area: creamy dressing, slightly sweet (not too sweet) and not very horseradish-y.
The portions are generous and if you get a basket, you won't leave hungry. Add on a $1 large soda to wash down your delicious meal.

We have some friends that love the fish from here. My chicken strips were ok. However my wife did not enjoy her fish at all. Mayhaps it was a fluke, and we will try again next time we are in the area.
