  The first time I went to the office and met with Matthew Eliason I left feeling great. It was Wednesday and Matthew promised to have my land contract to me on Friday morning. Well, Friday at noon I still hadn't heard from him. So I called the office. No one answered. My husband got a call from the office around 2. We went in and had bring the documentation that had already been given to Matthew, then we had to answer the questions that had already been asked. We had to sit in the office for 3 hours waiting for the contract to be completed. The woman working on our contract was very friendly. She completed entering the information within about 45 minutes but can't format the document properly. The next 2 hours and 15 minutes are spent answering the phone for other client calls and trying to format the document. Eventually I ask if she needs help and I end up formatting parts of it myself on her computer. Matthew calls the office and asks her a question and she says we are still there and he asks why she says "I'm having trouble with formatting" so he knew that she was having trouble. We end up being billed for all of the 3 hours. She assured us as we were leaving that it would be cheaper since she was doing the work and not Matthew, it was not. I had my husband call to talk to Matthew to see if he could adjust the bill so that it was fair and he said he is a slow typer so if he had done it, it would have costed us more. Not impressed. Not only was my contract not ready when promised, I had to sit in the office for 3 hours while it was prepared, had to reprovide information and documentation, I had to help the woman format the document, and we paid for her to answer other phone calls.
