Didn't send copies of MRI images to my husband's doctor downstate. Instead sent us home with a disc, not telling us it was that copy that we needed to take to his doctor. We got downstate and realized that we didn't have any images from the MRI. I hate that this is the only option.
Secondly, staff were very rude to a close friend dealing with mental health issues a few years ago. Things may have changed over but I wouldn't trust it.
