We had bids for putting a new furnace in. R C came in second lowest, offering a better quality unit (RUUD) than the lowest bidder. They removed the old furnace and oil tank and installed the new. The guys were polite, on time, and did nice work. The equipment is working well - I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and equipment. I didn't give 5 stars because there was a little communication breakdown between boss, office, and guys in the field - however, things worked out smoothly at my home.

Recently had a plumber out to replace various bits of plumbing -- he arrived earlier than scheduled, He fixed the bits that were broken, but managed to repair some of the others, rather than simply replacing them. He explained what the problems were, and what could be repaired. He He also offered many maintenance tips to put off other repairs. I wish all servicemen were a thorough and expert as he was.
