We had a bad experience here. When we saw how bad my grandfather-in-law looked, we were shocked. The funeral director told us he looked that way because "he must have been in a lot of pain when he died". Please tell me that nobody believes that kind of BS!
The people here are nice, their web site is horrible... but the folks are nice.
